JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the roll-out and Governance of Capital Management 
• Active participation in formulating and prioritizing Capital Investment within Malaysia and Australian entities to ensure alignment with Tyson Global Capital Management Strategy
• Work closely with OPS, Engineering, Procurement and other Support Function departments to define and formulate project classification for Necessity and Profit Improvement. Work on the financial benefits in line with the vision and mission of the organization
• Forecasting and Budgeting of Capital Planning Funding on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Update the Anaplan software with accurate Capital Planning data to enable better decision-making 
• Assist in the detailed analysis of Capital Planning needs with the Project Engineering team
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of the accounting system
• Any other duties assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting 
• 5 years of CAPEX analysis or cost accounting experience preferably in the manufacturing/production business 
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience 
• Thorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, systems and procedures
• Ability to
• Work under minimal supervision
• Multitask with tight deadlines
• Demonstrate good analytical techniques
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with computer hardware and software necessary to perform the duties (SAP, Excel)
