JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
- Responsible for the Trade Accounts Payable (AP) function.
- Timely review of invoices and payments.
- Ensure the Processing of AP complies with the standard operation procedures and SOX compliances.
Responsibilities
- To process and review all suppliers’ invoices on a timely basis
- Resolve any unmatched invoices, credit notes, and debit notes from suppliers
- To handle the AP functions and deal with local and foreign suppliers
- To prepare cash flow forecasts on a bi-weekly basis.
- To review the monthly suppliers’ reconciliation of the statement
- To produce monthly reports & assist in month-end closing
- Ensure the invoice processing, payment, policies, guidelines and process flows are updated, and reviewed for continuous improvements
- Assist in SOX and external audit requirements to ensure compliance.
- To resolve invoice receipts with buyers and suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
