Definitions

LICENSEES are Recruiters who carry out a business of talent referral on Talentsbay. Licensees can post CV and Contact referrals. Licensees must first register as Affiliates and then apply to upgrade their status within their accounts.

AFFILIATES are Talent or Talent Referrers who register for free on Talentsbay. Any one may register as an Affiliate. Affiliates can post Contact referrals only.

A CV REFERRAL is the posting of a candidate's curriculum vitae.

A CONTACT REFERRAL is the posting of a candidate's Name, Contact Number, Email and a Short Description about the candidate.

REFERRAL OPTION: In this option, an Employer enjoys maximum savings and pays the full referral rewards the moment a referral is accepted. There is no future placement fee applicable.

PLACEMENT OPTION: In this option, an Employer enjoys substantial savings and pays a small flat fee of 10 credits (USD10) when a CV referral is accepted or 5 credits (USD5) when a Contact referral is accepted. The Employer would pay the full placement fee when the referred candidate was successfully hired.

You are required to have screened or interviewed a potential candidate, secured his/her consent and interest before presenting his/her CV. When posting the candidate's CV, you must indicate the amounts of rewards you expect by either matching the initial offers made by the Employer or counter-offering with higher amounts.

Within 14 days after the CV referral is accepted by the Employer, if the candidate’s CV is found to be misleading or falsified, or the candidate is not interested in attending an interview with the Employer, the Employer may claim for a full refund.

If you refer a suitable candidate, you must indicate the amounts of rewards you expect by either matching the initial offers made by the Employer or counter-offering with higher amounts. You must also provide the following details of the candidate in a Contact referral:-

  2. Mobile Number
  3. Email
  4. A short description about the candidate telling the Employer why the candidate is suitable for the job advertised.

How to be a Licensee?

First, you must have headhunting, recruitment or HR experience either with a vendor or an end-user.

If you do, you may proceed to register for Free as an Affiliate first.

Log in to your account and upload your CV

Click the Upgrade button and follow the instructions there.

We will then contact you to verify your background.

If your background is confirmed to meet our minimum requirements, your status will then be upgraded to a Licensee.
