JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the company's marketing activities
- Accountable for projects P&L.
- Focal point of contact between Season Group and customers.
- To build team spirit as required and established close working relationship with all levels in the organization.
- Responsible for program management, drive internal team in achieving set KPI on Cost, Quality & OTD
- To review customer contract, assess risk level and propose business opportunity.
- Explore and develop business and drive for profitability & sustainability.
- Oversee the performance of order management
- Effectively manage AR collection results and meeting set KPI
- Focus on CRM by maximizing customer interaction , information on customer demand and insight sales
- To improve on quotation success rate
- Lead Cost Down Reduction exercise on key accounts
- Analyze & evaluate sales and revenue report for management review.
Scope of Authority
- Minotor, drive amd decode on all projects/programs performance in the company.
- Education Level: Minimum Degree holder in Business Management or Engineering
- Working Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in Production Management, Marketing or Engineering
