  • Formulate/drive strategy for sustainable Sales Growth in Malaysia
  • Manage a Team of Sales personnel across all the regions of Malaysia
  • Responsible for developing, promoting, and soliciting sales for the Company's range of products which includes developing new businesses and servicing the existing accounts in Malaysia in MRO/OEM and Projects
  • Appointment of New Distributors on a strategic basis, where necessary
  • Coordinate with Application Engineers/managers and the Sales Support Team in meeting the needs of customers; while ensuring Key KPIs are met like Quote Conversion, Quote Responsiveness
  • Coordinate with Operations and Logistics functions to ensure Delivery performance KPIs
  • Develop new TCO customers and Contracts.
  • Well-versed in the market situation; potentials, opportunities, and Competitive intelligence
  • good sales tactics in persuading potential and existing customers with the use of technical knowledge
  • Manage the customers' and principals’ expectations for a win-win situation
  • Management of sales team, including developing a sales team to achieve budgeted sales targets, Order Intake, trading profit, Working Capital days
  • Outstation travelling on short notice is necessary
  • Submit monthly reports, and management presentations as relevant
  • Execute business strategies and sales plans formulated by the Management
  • Observing all Safety standards and Corporate Compliance
  • Any other duties/projects as assigned by your immediate supervisor


  • Possess at least a minimum Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in selling engineering products to various industries such as Semiconductor, OEM, MRO and General Contractor and managing a Sales team
  • Computer literate, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation skills
  • Team and sales-oriented, results-driven, self-starter with the ability to work well with little supervision and lead a team to meet business goals
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering products is an added advantage
  • Enthusiastic, independent, motivated, good team player who is result-oriented and customer-focused
  • Willing to travel and be relocated when necessary
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport
