Responsible for the Regional Marketing strategy to boost the company’s visibility, brand awareness and digital transformations. Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and developing organisational understanding of customer behaviour and competition mapping.


  • Marketing Strategy
    • Formulating of region ISEAP’s marketing strategy and oversee and manage the implementation of the marketing plan as per collaboration and interaction with Head Quarters and in alignment with global marketing strategy
  • Brand Visibility and Building
    • To raise market share and brand awareness
    • Organize and manage all customer events, exhibitions, seminars, trainings, road shows in line with the marketing plan
    • Manage and monitor the digital marketing strategy for the region – including Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels, email marketing and webinars.
  • Branding Collaterals
    • Content Management both online and print campaigns (brochures, press releases, videos, website material)
    • Design and Distribution of branding collaterals
    • Enforce our brand guidelines across all communications channels
  • Business Partnering
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, business development, technical) to understand the business priorities (products, market segments, customer groups, competition, opportunities mix etc) and use these inputs to improve/better align the marketing strategy & mix leading to business lead generations.
    • Responsible to develop and maintain the annual Marketing budget for the region in close consultation and collaboration with the subsidiary heads
    • Analyze Industry and customer behaviour to define the approach to brand building

    • Roll out and implementation of Sales & Marketing Tools like CRM & BI Automation Platforms
    • Marketing Tools Automation
    • Conduct regular CRM & BI training with the Market Reach Team
  • Team development & motivation
    • To develop & mentor the entire Marketing teams across the subsidiary within the region towards professional growth and outperformance
    • Responsible to engage, develop & retain all key members of the stated teams as above. Proactively work with them towards their self-development and create a strong second line and next key managers in the company
    • Communicate effectively, and establish credibility throughout the organization and align


  • MBA-Specialization in Marketing from premier B School
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in a role of leading Marketing portfolio preferably in a multinational environment
  • Knowledge of CRM, BI, marketing automation and other similar platforms is a must
  • Understanding and exposure to working with different countries within Asia Pacific are a must
  • Knowledge of the latest digital platforms and electronic marketing automation technologies including Canva, MailChimp, SalesForce, Pardot and GoToWebinar (or similar)
  • In-depth understanding of branding, channels, and marketing strategies
  • Possess exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
  • Must have exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office – excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in virtual teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Accustomed to delivering marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence team
  • Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency
  • Open to need-based business travel
