JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

We are looking for a System Analyst/Senior System Analyst who can not only understand business requirements, design functional and technical solutions, and implement them with high quality and efficiency, but also demonstrate leadership potential in leading and mentoring other team members. You will be working with a team of developers, testers, and business users to deliver software projects that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Developing, testing, and debugging software applications using Java, Hibernate, Spring, Struts 2, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JavaScript frameworks/ libraries and other web development technologies
• Working with SQL Server and Oracle databases to design, optimize, and query data
• Researching and evaluating new technologies and trends, such as Low Code, and assessing their feasibility and suitability for current and future projects
• Managing multiple urgencies and prioritizing your tasks effectively
• Foster a positive team environment and align the work effort of each team member in a harmonious fashion
• Leading and mentoring other team members by sharing your knowledge and skills, providing guidance and feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or a similar role
• Strong knowledge and skills in Java, Hibernate, Spring, Struts 2, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JavaScript frameworks/ libraries and other web development technologies
• Proficient in SQL Server and Oracle databases and SQL queries
• Familiar with Low-Code platforms and their advantages and limitations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly and adapt to changing requirements
• Ability to lead and mentor other team members and inspire them to achieve their goals
