JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

Responsible for leading, developing, driving and implementing sales strategies and plans that support the organizational sales, growth and profitability goals, working with a distribution sales team to achieve the sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • To deliver Central region sales and profitability targets and market share objectives.
    • To achieve monthly and annual sales turnover as per target set. (Sell-In & Sell-Out targets)
    • To improve and achieve market share of the company's products
    • To meet distribution (RAO) targets and merchandising objectives for Must Sell SKUs (MSS)
  • Building Organisational Goal
    • Setting direction and regular coaching and engagement to sales team in order to meet company's objectives
    • To drive and increase Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) of master routing coverage and Hit rate & call rate.
    • Manage and control AR of distributors and direct account as per company policy and guidelines
  • To develop and implement sales strategy.
    • To identify growth opportunities area and increase effieciency with distributors to achieve win-win situation
    • To increase Central region P&L target, increase forecast acccuracy and control trade spend
    • Manage the promotional fund within the budget allocated to meet sales and marketing objectives and ROI.

Requirements

  • Possess a recognised Degree /diploma in commercial discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years related working experience in FMCG industry,preferable in sales and distributor management
  • Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation and managing people skills
  • Result oriented personality,Independent and self-motivated, proactive.
  • Proven track record of good leadership, developing people, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organised and composed in handling multi-tasks/activities
  • Accountable and adaptable in delivering commitments
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Customer-focused
