JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

• Develop and drive operations strategy and initiatives
• Drive cross-functional team to achieve set objectives of the company

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage the Operations team to ensure all sites meet or exceed OI and Sales revenue.
• Develop, drive and execute Operations strategy to meet optimum efficiency at all sites covering Converting, Coating and Printers' Operations.
• Develop, drive and execute Supply Chain strategy to ensure our suppliers and partners are able to support our Operations effectively.
• Maintain effective communication with all teams including Sales and other functional depts.
• Ensure high safety standards to ensure a safe and productive working environment at each site.
• Evolve engineering and other operation capabilities to keep up with market needs to provide differentiated value from our competitors
• To support and comply with Brady Corporation Global Policies, Brady Policy, Quality Policy, Environment Policy, Safe & Health Policy and other organization policies that are relevant to the job functions. To be responsible, accountable and committed to fulfill the codes and statements prescribed in the policies.

• University Degree or master degree in relevant discipline
• A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Business Management or marketing and Sales management will be advantage
• At least 10 years at management and senior leadership level;
• Strong Operation experience
• Have an experience in handling operations in Southeast Asia is an advantage
• Organize, resourceful and independent
• Strong operational experience
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
• Ability to drive and manage vision and purpose
• Ability to deal with ambiguity

• Leadership/Spoken and written in English
