JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- HRBP is the connector between line management – Tier 2
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers/ leaders to deliver customized and forward-looking solutions, initiatives and policies to tackle complex issues the company faces.
- Act as the performance improvement driver to influence positive business environment/culture changes.
- Manage complex topics and take a consultative approach and act as a key advisor to the leadership team.
- Come up with innovative ideas to attract and retain talent
- Align business objectives with HR initiatives and solutions for employees and business managers.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field of study
- 10-15 years of experience in the HR field
- Experience in IT/ Engineering companies (MNC)
