JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Understand the hiring needs and hiring gap in the organization
  • Establish a tactical and long-term hiring strategy and plan to close the hiring needs and gap
  • Improve current hiring platform and job portals for advertising (eg: LinkedIn, job portals, Umantis)
  • Implement employer branding in the recruitment strategy 
  • Improve candidate experience in the recruitment process (eg: notification to candidates on the application status/progress)
  • Align interview process and assessment according to division best practice (eg; interview assessment form, test, assessment centre)
  • Establish a talent pipeline for future hiring & explore the career opportunities with the candidates (eg: 1 year in advanced hiring needs)
  • Keep hiring managers and the Head of Departments updated on the progress of recruitment on a monthly basis
  • Workforce planning by Quarterly forecast and yearly budget FTEs
  • Prepare attrition reports to the Head of HR on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 10-15 years of experience in the HR field with at least 10 years in the Talent Acquisition domain.
  • Experience in IT/engineering companies (MNC)
