JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Involvement in database management, trend analysis, and the preparation of new business presentations to the top management.
• Take a broad approach to gather data; develop possible trends for the investment opportunity, based on the indications that make up the analysis.
• Collect and interpret large amounts of proprietary and public information, prepare reports, and work closely with real estate brokers, agents, development managers, and the marketing & sales department.
• Study the trend of the property market and consumer behaviour.
• Study the competitors' new property development; make comparisons and recommendations for product development reference.
• Study overseas property's design and concept.
• Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence or market research of real estate development opportunities.
• Forecast and report on office, hotel, retail and residential property investments.
• Assemble data into a spreadsheet and submit reports.
• Implement all policies, activities, and procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
• Any other duty & responsibility, that the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Valuation, Architecture, Town Planning, Quantity Survey, Business Study or property-related discipline
• Minimum 10 years in the property industry
• Experience in land feasibility studies and financial modelling
• Experience in preparing development & business proposals
• Experience in property market research
• Willingness to travel, sense of integrity, and responsible
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communications skills
• Self-motivated & independent
