JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Our Client is searching for Salesforce Developers to join their L2 Technical Support team. You will be troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting highly scalable custom solutions within the Salesforce platform.
To ensure success in this role, you should have extensive experience working with the Salesforce Sales cloud, development skills, and the ability to troubleshoot/solve complex software problems/issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage incident tickets raised in accordance with SLA.
- Troubleshoot & resolve incidents raised.
- Handle data import/export tasks raised by users.
- User management.
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Deploying solution with Change Sets.
Requirements
- A proven technical background, with at least 5 years of experience in the implementation and support of secure, stable, and flexible designs of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions is preferred.
- Proficient in Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, and LWC.
- Working knowledge of DataLoader, Github, and VS Code.
- Ability to problem solve software and application issues.
- Prior experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools such as Informatica/Mulesoft a plus.
- Prior experience with backup tools such as OwnBackup is a plus.
- Prior experience with GitHub Actions a plus.
- Prior experience with ServiceNow a plus.
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
- Skills in analyzing and resolving issues, including the ability to conduct related research and work with the end users to raise Salesforce Customer incidents as needed.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), proven team player, rolling up the sleeves and getting involved in the nitty-gritty.
- Familiar with Agile Methodology.
