JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of software professionals to meet project targets and quality objectives
• Deliver multi-million-dollar Hospital Information System project through ISO-Standard project planning and implementation
• Requirement Gathering in Business Process Modelling
• Understand Customer's As-Is and To-Be Processes, Biz Rules, Forms
• Map End-to-End Processes, Biz Rules, Forms and Transaction Screens into a Modelling Tool
• Analyse and Propose improvement (recommended, not mandatory) Gap Analysis
• Analyse the gaps between customer expectations against application capabilities.
• Application Deployment
• Perform Application Configuration / Perform Key User Training / Perform User Acceptance Test
• Interact effectively with stakeholders/users at all levels (Administrative, Informational, Therapeutic, Diagnostic, Support Services, etc)
• Provide periodic updates of the progress of activities to the project stakeholders
• Perform Q&A tasks on application software Provide support to existing users
• Assist existing users in diagnosing and solving problems Status Update
• Update Project/Support Status / Forecast Incoming Activities /
• Highlight Potential Risk and Recommend Risk Mitigation Assist in tender bidding activities wherever requires
• Assist in Pre-Sales activities (demo, etc) wherever requires Documentation related to systems and users
• The job scope is not restricted to the above as assignments to other tasks but within the Healthcare industry may be assigned based on the company’s needs

Requirements

• Good university degree in computer science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing/supporting Hospital Information or related systems is preferred.

• Must have strong management, organizational and communication skills with emphasis on English (as operates in the region)
