JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all steps of Project Management Life Cycle; Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Working with Clients daily to obtain business and technical specifications to help implement next-generation software solutions.
• Implement best practices in Software Project Management and provide innovative solutions to delivery challenges.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and other key stakeholders. Partner with the Sales, Technical and Service Delivery teams for effective cross-functional cooperation.
• Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Participating in the configuration, enhancement, and testing phases associated with software development and implementation.
• Working closely with software engineering teams to integrate release software into Client environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management in Software Solutions. Domain knowledge in the Energy/ Oil & Gas Industry is welcomed.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Implementation and managing an implementation team.
• Project management and business analysis certifications like PMP, Prince2, Agile, CBAP is added advantage.
• Good communication, project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and work with people from different levels and cultural backgrounds.
• Customer service and “solutions” mindset to always improve on service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
