JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Our Client is looking for a Finance Manager to plan and execute their financial strategy, and to provide leadership to the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Monitors: revenue and expenses, expenditure variance analysis, coordinating financial data; and preparing special reports
- Completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles with the help of the bookkeeping partner
- Manages: month & end-year processes, accounts payable/receivable, intercompany transaction, capital assets reconciliations, fixed asset activity & debt activity
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Maintains accounting controls, general ledger and prepares an annual budget
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls
- Implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information
- Produce relevant reports to be reviewed by the executive group.
- Analysis and reporting of all crypto transactions by Blockchain and to Blockchain
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Relevant qualifications (CPA, CMA, CIA or ACCA, etc.)
- Understanding of Crypto and NFT is a must
- Degree in finance/investment or experience with finance/investment
