JOB DESCRIPTION

·  Managing the sales admin process

-  Ensure all sales process is intact

-  Documenting sales contract, quotation and other agreement between sales and customer

-  Ensure customer databases are up-to-date

·  Dealing with client terms – customer account creation, credit term and Price list.

·  Assist in completion and submission of tenders and quotation

·  Attend to customer enquiry – both by calls and email/ website – recorded, escalated and ensure resolution.

·  Generating and gathering weekly figures – keep alert of any abnormality of sales to specific customer.

·  Assist in Monthly sales reporting and keep track on sales performance.

·  Resolving all client issues, to make sure all queries and issues are dealt with

·  Flagging any major issues to the superior

·  Act as key person representing sales department for ISO audit

·  Ensure regular customer survey is being implemented and propose action plan for improvement.
