JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new businesses and upsell in the Government and International Aid Agencies / Northern States’ clients, especially manufacturing in Malaysia. He/she must be able to devise and execute an aggressive sales strategy and plan to achieve the quarterly sales target assigned.
  • Develop and expand all lines of our products and services with the support of our in-house experts and ensure the delivery of these quality services to our clients.
  • Achieve individual sale targets including related KPIs as well as annual targeted sales margin.
  • Source for new prospects and clients on an ongoing basis to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities and leads - the target audience should be Head of Departments preferably from the following units/divisions – Human Resources, Procurement, Insurance, Operation, Risk Management, Occupational, Health, Safety and Environment.
  • Maximize opportunities in the Government segment by way of value-adding more services/identifying untapped opportunities etc.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent sales & negotiation skills, and excellent business acumen
  • Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia (only for Govt) communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable, possess good and relevant connections and networks in either Government and International Aid Agencies or Northern States’ clients, especially manufacturing
  • More than 7 years of experience in solution sales
  • Strong experience hunting new clients and proven track record in achieving sales target preferably in either the Government sector and International Aid Agencies or Northern States’ clients, especially manufacturing
  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Business related subjects
