JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Develop and manage retail brand marketing strategies to create the best shopping experience for customers to grow sales in the retail channel for the decorative paint segment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and brand experience in the shop through retail concept including Company shop design and standardization at the retail environment to establish our position as the leader in inspiration and colour selection.
- Develop and manage retail programs, tools and solutions to promote the best shopping experience in retail shops to attract, engage and motivate consumer to buy Company products.
- Understand the consumer (Retail) & customer behavior (B2B / professional customers) by regular market visit and meeting with relevant stakeholders to gain insight on the decision making process.
- Build a strong relationship within departments to ensure the SE.Asia market needs and interests are maintained and updated.
- Close follow up and monitoring of implementations and maintenance on all new projects/concepts to achieve the segment objective.
- Gather market intelligence, perform market visit, feedback market competition to brand and trade, identify opportunities of retail improvement and provide analysis and support on the trade and retail activities to ensure that the activities are successfully implemented.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant experiences
- Knowledge and experience in Marketing is essential
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English
- Experience in sales is preferable
