We are looking for a UX/UI programmer – System Engineer/Architecture Developer for a medical technology startup, an international brand founded in Malaysia, which provides full-health-tech services.

The candidate shall study and design the architecture on the Web, Mobile App, Android, Apple iOS, Huawei.

This role is to embrace the entire end-to-end UI and UX. It is not about the visual execution only.

Your duty will include research, comparison, studies, evaluation, development, proposal and brainstorming with the development team. They are user-centric and continuously seeking to deliver a delightful experience to their users. You need to have very good communication skills to be able to present your look and feel, finger-typing convenience and user flows. We are looking for those who are able to articulate why and how they make their design decisions. It involves discussions with the tech team for each relevant component and dealing with designers who must understand and communicate with developers to make sure the projects are doable.

We are looking for someone with:

  • a high-quality portfolio with ideally a corporate web and app product case study
  • strong user research experience
  • mobile app UX design experience (iOS, Android and Huawei)
  • in-depth understanding of user-centric design principles

Your role includes working with our regional work team under an open-source, open-platform environment, preparing modules for cross-country, cross-language system integration, including China, Indonesia, South Korea, as well as teams from UK, Netherlands and Canada. International time zone coordination is expected and it is a culture in the company to build a better future for humanity.
