JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Review group financial statements, group consolidation & quarterly announcement to ensure they are prepared accurately and in compliance with statutory listing requirements, such as Bursa, FRS/MFRS/IFRS and any other statutory bodies.
- Responsible for all spectrums of the finance functions, including operational finance, corporate finance, treasury, taxation as well as management and financial management and reporting.
- Assist in reviewing commercial agreements.
- Responsible for finance and accounting related operations. Support monthly/quarterly end closing process.
- Work closely with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and tax authority.
- Back up the functions of the treasury department as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, MACPA or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of related working experiences, as Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager/Financial Controller role.
- Must have work experience in Public Listed Company and familiar with Bursa and other statutory bodies’ requirements.
- Familiar with finance operation, possess hands-on experience will be an added advantage.
- Good in spoken and written English.
