With a team of exceptional engineers and a culture of supporting each other to succeed, we now have an exciting opportunity for Software Engineers in our ‘Smart Products’ and ‘Business Solutions’ team. We have an immediate need for Software Engineers/Developers to join our growing team of developers that work closely with our Australian client. You will be working closely with the Head Engineer, onshore developers (Australia) and fellow offshore software engineers. The positions will be focused on further developing our client’s ‘Smart Products’ like AirTouch; Air Touch (www.airtouch.net.au) and our other in-house ‘Business Solutions’ software aimed at improving the consumer and customer experience through the use of web and mobile devices.

Requirements

(Min 10 years of experience)

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with skillsets of Mysql / MSSql, Laravel / PHP
• Embedded system development with Bluetooth, Z-Wave and Zigbee (or equivalent) experience
• Knowledge of multiple front-end development languages with JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS3 / NodeJS (ES2015+)
• Knowledge of basic communication protocol (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP and Serial port communication)
• An analytical mind with a keen eye for software design
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a relentless self-drive
• Exceptional attention to details and time management skills
• Team player and a good collaborator
• Excellent communicator

Responsibilities

• Write effective APIs
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Work with the software engineering team and analysts to improve software
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
