JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidates must have:

  • A background in Vacant Possession (VP)
  • Experience in handling legal matters
  • Experience in Customer Service

Important notes:

  • This position carries 2 roles
  • Property Management 20%, Customer Service 80%

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and manage the full Vacant Possession (VP) processes from the preparation (before VP) to key collection.
  • Prepare and plan customer service campaign initiatives for key collection.
  • Undergo pre-delivery inspection before Vacant Possession (VP) with the relevant project or QAQC Manager.
  • Prepare the checklist/defect list and relevant documentation for the Vacant Possession (VP).
  • Attend to the owner for the property hand over of Vacant Possession (VP).
  • Coordinate defects rectification works to ensure all defects filed are rectified in timely manner.
  • Ensure all units handed are in good condition and in accordance to the company policies and meet the expectation of all stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement and execute operational policies and procedures.
  • To provide passionate hospitality and services to the customer needs.
  • To create and nurture a long-term relationship with existing customers.
  • To work together with marketing department to carry out marketing activities from time to time.
  • Oversee the day to day operation of the external property management company and report the progress and status to the management team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitalisation, Real Estate Management or any technical degree related to property development/management.
  • Candidates must possess at least 5 – 10 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin due to the nature of work (Written and Spoken).
  • Candidates must have a strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently, highly motivated, impeccable communication skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Preferable specializing in Property or Real Estate or equivalent.
