JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • ​Continuously manage and build both direct and sales partner pipeline at dedicated regions and areas assigned by the company.
  • Manages sales opportunities from prospecting to closing using deep sales processes and expertise.
  • Develop relationships with key buyers, account managers and decision-makers of newly acquired- and/ or existing customers to protect and grow the business.
  • Search and acquire new leads from cold calls and other sources, e.g. local associations, community groups and business networks.
  • To manage, arrange and conduct sales demos for customers.
  • Support and enable local regional partners to sell Monitor ERP solutions in the market as independently as possible.
  • To support and participate in any direct or joint marketing activities (e.g. roadshows, webinars, conferences, meetups, lunch-and-learns) with partners to build a sales pipeline.
  • Enable sales activities on the field at the regional level to close direct or partner sourced/ influenced deals.
  • Any other sales activities, initiatives and related functions as determined by the management from time to time.

Requirements

  • ​Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant field of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales working experience in small-medium enterprises (SME) and the manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Software/ Solution/ Service Sales.
  • Have strong relationships and partnerships with senior stakeholders in the SME Manufacturing industry in Malaysia.
  • Direct customer and Independent Software Vendors (ISV) sales experience highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (SI), Regional SIs, Resellers and ISVs is an advantage.
  • Have experience in winning sales positioning strategy and sales value proposition development.
  • Proven ability to build, manage and nurture sales funnels and pipelines in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding the customers’ needs of SMEs and the manufacturing industry.
  • Self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner & good team player.
  • Candidates should have own transport & possess a valid driving license.
