JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope
Maximizing yield, preservation and enhancement of overall asset performance through the optimization of cost and resources as well as in compliance to HSE, quality and statutory requirement, and adhere to standard operating procedure and key performance standards to ensure customers’ comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling all maintenance program in ensuring PMU2 and plant equipment, pipeline and customer operate in high performance and achieve production goal.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are executed within budget, timeline and specifications in accordance with the established procedures and work instructions.
- Preserving and enhancing assets value through continuous upgrading and refurbishing initiatives to prolong the economic lifespan of the asset managed and keeping up with the latest technology.
- Review and manage the annual maintenance budget for effective cost management for PMU2 and DCC 2 plant.
- Analyse breakdowns and maintenance performance and report as required.
- Complying with the Company's Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) rules and regulations and complying with statutory requirements such as DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission, Bomba.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical). Additional Technical certification in a relevant area would be an added advantage.
- Experience in operation and maintenance of chilled water plant or Facility Management managing large chiller (>1000 RT). Preferably large scale centralized chilled water plant, Experienced in District Cooling Plant environment is added advantages, Proficient skill and knowledge in planning and executing maintenance activities for Chilled Water System, Cooling Water System, CMMS and other related system related to plant operation & maintenance as well as able to interpret Process and Instrument Diagram (P&ID).
- At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in related fields (operation/maintenance), preferably from plant or large facility environment.
- MS Office, preparing reports, presentation slides & business improvement plan/processes.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain an effective working relationship.
- Fair oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
