JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Responsibilities
Overall dealer management including financial sustenance & development strategy, guiding policies & dealership agreements, assessing dealership performance, develop dealer kpi standard, dealer compliance, managing dealer council, budget & cost control initiatives and all other related activities as per timeline agreed to support company’s business strategy and direction ensuring target achievement as per KPI set for the Group.
Operational Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyze dealer financial performance
- Manage and implement dealer KPI, policies & guidelines
- Manage dealer performance, awards, subsidies & related activities
- Manage dealership agreements, bank guarantees, paid-up capitals & related activities
- Manage dealer council & dealer communication
- Manage division budget & cost control activities
- Develop & ensure compliance to SOPs, guidelines, policies within the scope of work
