JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- To establish and manage agriculture business in the Company’s land in Selangor, Cambodia, and other states in Malaysia in an effective and sustainable manner.
- To manage contractors and suppliers, or any other third parties.
- Manage Project planning, farm planning, and farm operation.
- Knowledgeable in Agronomy, Good Agriculture Practice (GAP), soil treatment/soil preparation, irrigation system, fertilization, climate for high-value economic crops and etc.
- Knowledge in modern/innovative technology and machinery for high-value fruit crops.
- Knowledgeable in nursery/seed production, crop handling and preservation.
- Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective actions on disease treatment.
Requirements
- Graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- English and Malay (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
- Based in Selangor (near KLIA /Kuala Lumpur), willing to travel extensively across Malaysia and Overseas (Cambodia).
- A team leader with initiatives and a proactive character.
- Possesses relevant qualifications/experience.
