JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose & Position Summary
- Serve as the HR Business Partner on the site leadership team, providing guidance on human capital needs for recruitment and development.
- Consult with senior management on all HR-related issues.
- Manage the manpower needs of the company.
- Manage short- and long-term HR programs and policies to attract, develop and retain talent in the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Consultancy with employees and managers to address root causes of complex employee relation issues and address grievances.
- Drive a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue.
- Support the employee engagement activities to continually drive great place to work initiatives.
- Providing assistance for senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.
- Gather, analyze and present employee engagement survey to help support the delivery of key initiatives and prepare reports for key stakeholders.
- Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring.
- Any other critical HR responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Additional Information
- At least 1 year of experience in IR/ER and L&D required
- Must have TA working experience
