JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of software professionals to meet project targets and quality objectives
- Work in delivering multi-million dollars Hospital Information System project through ISO Standard project plan and implementation
- Interact effectively with stakeholders/users at all levels (Administrative, Informational, Therapeutic, Diagnostic, Support Services, etc)
- Provide periodic updates of the progress of activities to the project stakeholders
- Perform Q&A tasks on application software
- Provide support to existing users
- Assist existing users in diagnosing and solving problems
- Gather and perform business process studies on new requirements or projects
- Assist in tender bidding activities wherever requires
- Assist in Pre-Sales activities (demo, etc) wherever requires
- Documentation related to systems and users
- The job scope is not restricted to the above as assignments to other tasks but within the Healthcare industry may be assigned based on company’s needs
Requirements
- Good university degree in computer science or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in implementing Hospital Information or related systems
- Have working experience in business especially relating to Hospital Information System
- Must be analytical, detail and systematic & consistent focus on quality
- Must have strong management, organizational and communication skills with emphasis on English
- Willing to travel
