JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Our presence in the region gives this engineering team exposure to the center of excellence for Trim and Probe. This team has a major impact on product development, HVM enablement, and drive revenue for years to come. As a member of our Test Engineering team, you will be a critical part of realizing the ADI integrated manufacturing and development strategies, with responsibilities that include:
Responsibilities
- As a Test program owner that governs trim and probe, develops and optimizes test programs, supporting production, issue debugging, and continuous improvement for product indices in the HVM stage
- Fully responsible for buying off and reviewing all new test programs released to production
- Provide Operation Supports on issues troubleshooting and lead the team to identify the solutions for test-related issues
- Working with the NPI development team to understand the test coverage evaluation, test flow integration, and test hardware qualification
- Strong understanding of test program, good communication, and capability to work for product management, product engineering, software, and hardware infrastructure team on the test solutions optimization
- Test KPIs: Test yield improvement, test coverage improvement, and test time reduction
Requirements
BS or MS degree in EE or CS or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 8 years mastery of principles of test experience in electronics industrial
Experience of analog/mixed-signal product testing, a good understanding of test methodology. Yield engineering, test board, and test hardware design background is a plus.
Java, Perl, C++ coding skills
Good troubleshooting skills including hands-on experience with lab equipment

- Circuits debugging knowledge that includes one or more of the following: analog circuits, RF circuits, Power Management circuits, Mixed-signals and systems, ADCs, DACs, optical, high-speed serial interfaces, microcontrollers, DSPs
