JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Our presence in the region gives this engineering team exposure to analog devices testing. This team has a major impact on product development, establishing test capabilities and drives revenue for years to come. As a member of our Test Engineering team, you will be a critical part of realizing the ADI integrated manufacturing and development strategies, with responsibilities that include:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for test program release and test hardware health in supporting production ramp, issue debugging, and continuous improvement.
- Fully responsible for buy-off and reviewing all new test programs released to production
- Provide Operation Supports on issues troubleshooting and lead the engineering team to identify solutions includes test program optimization and test hardware optimization/redesign.
- Working with the NPI development (US) team to understand test coverage evaluation, test flow integration, and test hardware qualification. – report to the final test
- Strong understanding of test program, good communication, and capability to work for product management, product engineering, software, and hardware infrastructure team on the test solutions optimization
- Test KPIs: Test yield improvement, test site performance, test coverage improvement, and test time reduction.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in EE or CS or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 8 years mastery of principles of test experience in electronics industrial
- Experience in developing test programs for analog/mixed-signal product testing, a good understanding of test methodology, some yield engineering background is a plus.
- Java, Perl, C++ coding skills
- Good troubleshooting skills including hands-on experience with lab equipment.
Preferences
- Familiarity with printed circuit board design/layout, test platform solution on Eagle/LTX/NI.
- Circuits knowledge that includes one or more of the following: analog circuits, RF circuits, Power Management circuits, Mixed-signals and systems, ADCs, DACs, optical, high-speed serial interfaces, microcontrollers, DSPs
