JOB DESCRIPTION

What You’ll Do Here …
- Provide general technical support
- Prepare technical sales support materials
- Feedback customer requirements
- Project management and maintenance initiatives
- Present training seminars on-site and through webinars
- Respond to and support Requests for Proposals and Information
- Coordinate on-site Proof of Concept and trial installations
- Provide in-depth on-site troubleshooting and solutions
- Conduct technical presentations, system demo, etc.
- Provide technical training
- Provide after-sales technical support (project/CS) when PM/engineer needs help
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 15% of regional travel upon business needs after travel restriction is lifted
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of technical support working experience (security-related preferred)
- Experience in the Security system field with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV
- AI/Facial recognition experience would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Structure, Firewall, LAN, and VLAN
- Knowledge of Linux system installation/configuration, MySQL database
- Solid analytical skill and problem-solving ability
- Strong self-learning ability, work independently
- The ability to read, write and communicate in Chinese is a huge plus
