JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • To develop new business from existing clients or contacts and new relationships with potential clients.
  • To establish, develop and grow the company’s business through acquiring new & existing Corporate accounts
  • Responsible for achieving gross acquisition, revenue targets, strategic objectives & account penetration while maximizing the relationship between the company and assigned accounts
  • To support the preparation of presentation material, the management of a portfolio of existing clients and lease contracts. Timely and accurate preparation of quotations to prospective customers and follow up.
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels, improving customer satisfaction through understanding and supporting customers’ needs
  • Become an expert in the customer’s industry and act as the main point of contact for any client-related inquiries to provide effective solutions
  • Provide effective cost-saving solutions to customers based on accurate market insight
  • Added advantages for candidates who are familiar with the leasing industry / Industrial customers and equipped with an Industrial customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
  • Teachable, positive attitude, with a lot of tenacity and perseverance as well as having a detailed mind as the selling process can be complex and it requires selling skills, product knowledge, and financial knowledge.
  • Required Skill(s): Client Relationships, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
