JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Develop business activities in Malaysia based on targets that will be established by the management;
- Develop and grow the business by building up long-lasting relationships with the customers and identify new business opportunities;
- Marketing and selling of group’s products and any other products and services that may be directed by the management;
- Day to day management of all aspects of the sales and marketing operations;
- All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Holding a Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or in a business-related field. A technical inclination is very important;
- Strong leadership/coaching experience;
- Relevant experience in Sales ideally in the metal fabrication industry and a successful track record in acquiring customers and developing the customer base;
- Independent performer and excellent team player. Strategically driven creative personality, flexible in thinking and hands-on where required;
- Able to work closely with Regional HQ in Singapore and Global HQ in Europe;
- The person will need to travel to Singapore and to the Global HQ in Europe;
- Brilliant and pro-active communicator with proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local Chinese languages will be an advantage. Fluency in written and spoken German will be a great advantage.
