What You’ll Do Here…

  • Be the Single Point of Contact of all pre-sales matters.
  • Act in pre-sales capacity in supporting sales team by providing technical solution support in security system industry (CCTV surveillance and biometrics access control solution).
  • Build solid customer relationships with key accounts, prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Relay customer’s system requirements to Sales team.
  • Design and prepare Solution Proposal after gathering complete inputs from customers.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to prospects.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert of the access control products carried by DeltaFrontier.
  • Understand and be able to articulate the differences and strengths of the access products carried by DeltaFrontier.
  • Compile and update Competitor Analysis on a regular basis.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Host and present in seminars and webinars.
  • Coordinate on-site Proof of Concept and trial installations.
  • Support system integration and IoT activities.
  • Provide in-depth on-site troubleshooting and discover solutions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • 15% regional travel upon business needs.

What It Takes for You to Be With Us… 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Networking Engineering or Information Technology Systems 
  • Hands-on capability in setting up demo, conducting PoC solving and technical issues independently 
  • Technically strong and know-how on access control and security system. 
  • Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Integrated Security and ELV systems are mandatory. 
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in biometrics access control, time attendance and security system. 
  • Strong communication and impressive presentation skills. 
  • Advanced skills in computer applications, AUTOCAD is a plus. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin in a business context. 
  • Able to work independently and willing to travel.
