JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to arrange an appointment with the customers on behalf of our salespersons to sell IT solutions
- Set up business meetings with key decision-makers/prospects
- Identify key decision markers/prospects based on the list of accounts tagged
- Update business intel gathered from the phone conversation into CRM
- Works closely with Marketing Team and Sales Team to nurture potential accounts
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/GCE ‘A’ level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in Telemarketing in the IT industry
- Ability to work independently as well as convince and influence key decision-makers/prospects to meet up.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
