JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Lead, Print is reporting to the Commercial Manager, Print and working closely with the Commercial, Sales, Quality and Print operation team. He owns the technical responsibilities for internal and external stakeholders for all the print-related items. The Technical Lead, Print will be the key contact for customers on any technical inquiries and translate customer’s requirements into internal specifications and ensure customer’s expectations are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical relationship owner for customers
• Build relationship with key customer contacts
• Support daily technical inquiries (qualifications, specifications, samples, new materials, meetings etc.)
• Drive customer projects and co-developments
• Responsible for internal coordination of customer trials, ensure the customers’ needs/requirements are met
• Responsible for internal coordination of testing
• The key owner for product specifications (Customers communication and internal communication)
• System set up (Style & Item No., BOM, etc.)
• Technical owner of external substrates
• Proper filing and documentation
• Align internal efforts with customer’s needs and requirements
• Lead the product development projects
• Support in building market knowledge
• Support in the development of product offering
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Level of education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Relevant experience in Printing Industrial is an added advantage
• Relevant technical background
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
