JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities

• The incumbent is required to provide day-to-day Dynamic AX and other applications support to the users. This includes capturing business requirements, arranging solutions, software configurations support and change requests required by the business users.
• He/she is also required to manage AX and other applications server infrastructure by working closely with the data center and server infrastructure team based in Hong Kong.
• Lead in application functional design and provide solutions to business team/operation team on various projects and business initiatives, based on the idsMED Regional Model.
• Together with other IT support team members and external consultants, capture and log all user calls and ensure prompt response and solution for users.
• Provide application training for end users to ensure they are well equipped with knowledge to fully utilize the applications.
• Provide written specifications and work with development team for any related change management activities.
• Improve system by studying current practices, challenging status quo and recommending changes.
• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining creative user documentation.
• Work with Corporate IT in administering and setting up various network/server infrastructures, end user devices (i.e. iPad), standard & security frameworks.
• Work closely with Corporate and local IT team to manage Corporate and local IT projects.
• Assist and support the development of mobile applications.
• Any other tasks as deemed required by immediate superior or management. 

Work Experience & Qualification

• Candidates must possess Degree in IT or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and /or CRM.
• At least 5 - 7 years’ experience in IT.
