JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
Act as a key business partner and advisor for the Marketing Division to ensure data-driven and timely decision making. To closely monitor business performance, identifying and analysing gaps in the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Business modelling and evaluation of Prepaid business idea with the underlying aim to maximize opportunities for the company.
- Work closely with the various business stakeholders to prepare and gain approval on the business cases that are required for the campaigns in a timely manner and to support other businesses/service assessment when required.
- Regular engagement with the business stakeholders in the planning of revenue, usage and churn campaigns.
- Work with the Data Analytics team to draw insights from campaign results
- To provide feedback and key learnings from the campaigns, and improvement recommendations for future campaigns.
- Market intelligence and benchmark of Product pricing best practices.
- Assess the impact of competitors' launches and provide recommendations.
- Close monitoring of profitability of the Postpaid products.
- Perform high-level monitoring of business health including alerting CMO/product owners/ISD to anomalies and conducting investigations/analyses on anomalies.
- Track forecast against Monthly AOP & Monthly Finance Revenue Reports.
- To propose ideas in closing the gaps.
Key Experiences and Qualifications
- Professional degree in finance / business / statistic/ marketing related.
- Min 5 years of working experience in similar roles.
