JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Extensive operator (telco) exposure and a good understanding of mobile network architecture – 3G & 4G, with a strong knowledge of Radio Access Network (RAN) & Evolved Packet Core (EPC) related concepts including Performance, Radio Parameters and Air interface.
• Good understanding on Radio/Transmission Capacity Management for the overall 3G / LTE Network
• Conducting audits on 3G / LTE network to ensure the performance of the network. This covers HW/SW configuration audit, parameter audit, capacity audit and performance audit.
• Conduct/lead evaluation of the Network environment and usage of Network facilities (specializing in RAN / EPC) to determine compliance to established policies/procedures/standards, and assess the efficiency & effectiveness of the Network operations and processes.
• Provide recommendations to enhance adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of company policies, processes and procedures in relation to the Network operations
• Preparing executive and technical presentations to be presented to senior management teams
• To conduct periodic follow-up audits and ensure close monitoring on the implementation of audit recommendations
• To promote an open, productive relationship with the audit clients
• Adopt a programme for on-going self-development. Plan the development of personal competencies in line with the skills required for the IA. Continuously seeking opportunities for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the profession. Actively plan to become certified in internal audit or getting certified in specialties

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology, Business Administration or any equivalent qualification
• Preferred CIA/CISA/ACCA or any other professional qualification
• Preferred technical knowledge on Risk-based audit knowledge, COSO/COBIT based internal control assessment, telecommunications, Risk Management
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably service industry, main job function relating to developing company policies/processes/procedures, quality audits and assessment, familiar with ISO Standards, and eTOM business process framework
• Good understanding of IT and business process audit methodology and activities, with the capability of planning and performing IT and business process audits and preparing reports
• Observant and able to provide recommendation for improvement on policies/processes/procedures, quality and performance
• Proficiency in English, with good analysis and reporting skills
• Characters of integrity, helpfulness, initiative, self-motivated, open-minded
• Independent in performing tasks, good interpersonal skills working in teams
• Excellent time management skills
