JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- To recruit, develop and grow SME Business Partners through acquisition and penetration in the SME market in the assigned geographical market region
- To coach and develop the SME Partners' skillset on sales competency, sales pipeline and sales management
- To train the SME Business Partners on product & solution knowledge, provide guidance on sales operational matters and assist and coordinate on sales GTM activities
- Act as a Business Consultant in assisting the development of the SME Business Partners' performance
- To collect market intelligence, follow closely on the industry trends
- To ensure the SME Business Partners are clear and aligned with the overall Business Direction and sales objectives
- To ensure the SME Business Partners achieve the sales targets assigned
- To guide the Business Partners on sales submission and comply with the SOP
- To conduct performance reviews with the SME Business Partners periodically
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Sales/Business/Marketing related fields
- At least 8 years of working experience related to a Sales/Commercial portfolio
- Good communication skills and strong in logical thinking
- A performance driver and fighter. A team player
