JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- To ensure product and brand visibility & availability at retail outlets regionally
- To ensure utmost retail performance standards at partners' retail outlets
- To manage a team of Field Forces effectively
- To assist ROAM (Regional Operations Assistant Manager) in the daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of working experience in retail/FMCG operations
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel extensively (within the region)
- Possess own transport
