JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- To execute and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotion plans to support the expansion of the company's products & services in assigned areas/territories
- To build and drive the growth of the company's dealers in respective areas/territories
- To achieve prepaid & postpaid active dealers target and proactively recruit potential dealers
- To drive the distributors' sales teams to meet the designated areas'/territories' sales performance in meeting the prepaid & postpaid sales targets
- To perform trade events visit and tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
- Willing to travel
- Must possess own transport
