JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Recruit new business partners and manage their sales performance
- Set sales targets for partners, conduct monthly reviews, provide guidance and plan tactical sales programs
- Conduct training to partners on product, sales tactics and operational knowledge
- Provide support to partners on Enterprise processes
- Conduct joint visitation with partners to key customers
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Sales/Marketing, preferably related to the IT sector
- At least 5 years in Sales with 3 years in the telco industry
- Experience in managing business partners
- Experience in driving sales & revenue growth in the Enterprise Segment
