JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, execute & monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotion plans to support the expansion of the company's product & services in assigned areas/territories
- Work closely with distributors & manage dealers' portfolio in the respective areas/territories
- Aggressively build and drive the growth of the company's dealers in the respective areas/territories
- Drive the sales team to meet designated areas/territories sales performance in order to achieve the department's prepaid & postpaid sales targets
- Proactively manage inter-department requirements and communications in order to meet the sales objectives as well as optimize support resources
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent in any field
- Aggressive and target-driven
- At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco/FMCG related environments with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales team management
- Sales-driven with a good track record of sales achievements
- Possess own transport with a valid driving license
- Willing to travel
