JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Able to drive work and release planning, to smartly handle interdependencies between clients’ expectations, and to identify and manage requirements and architectural convergence as well as software delivery risks.
• Engage appropriately to quickly make the right trade-offs, escalate issues if required, and build valued working relationships with technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Attend meetings, conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency. 

Competencies Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent; or equivalent work experience (5 years and above).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Cross-functional IT and Project Management involving client and IT solutions.
• Cloud service experience is a plus.
• Understanding in Hospital Information System architecture design.
• Able to write and speak fluently in Mandarin.
• Proven working experience in project management
