JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Responsible in project management & implementation on Dynamics AX/ Dynamics CRM/ Mobile related projects; and project roll out to multiple countries
- Proficient in all aspects of Project management like planning, communication, status understanding and reporting
- Conduct weekly team meeting; participate in monthly executive update meetings
- Coordination with users across regions for various project implementation, inclusive of requirement gathering, design, testing and training (end-to-end process)
- Coordinate regional project requirements, analyze the impact and ensure functionality is addressed and compliance requirements are covered
- Identify problems and provide solutions
- Support any related activities undertaken by Regional IT team members, working alongside the team on tasks related to Dynamic AX and other project implementations
- Manage, coordinate and track the testing program, participate in UAT
- Manage and assist with the training program
- Participate and help provide necessary coverage during Go Live; set up and manage an issues list and actively follow up with users
- Develop a method of handling multiple projects without affecting project quality or users satisfaction
- Effectively work with various and diverse project teams while managing resources working in across multiple matrix organizations
- Communicate with stakeholders setting clear expectations either verbally or in writing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing/Technology
- Relevant experience in ERP, MS Dynamics AX/D365 project implementation is preferred
- Past experience in a global/regional role will be of added advantage
- This role provides unique opportunities for candidates to lead high-profile AX dynamic projects with exposure to facing C-Level stakeholders. Significant experience with mid-market or larger ERP solutions (or similar technology implementations)
- Adapt to changes in work (i.e. new client requirements or specifications)
- Display the ability to work systematically in analyzing situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications
