JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Lead, facilitate and drive process improvements across manufacturing operations
- Ensure company operating standards are met and improved as required
- Lead and drive lean transformation; conduct lean training, Kaizen events and other lean initiatives; drive, implement and refine the company’s process standard
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and advances in management systems
- Suggest changes to operations based on industry trends, current business and future business; evaluate effectiveness of systems, infrastructures and management process through costs analysis
- Monitor manufacturing processes for improvements in quality, safety, delivery and cost; and use lean manufacturing and process variation reduction (Six Sigma) concepts and tools
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
- At least 15 years of experience in leading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement operations
- Exposure to Six Sigma is an added advantage.
