General Position Summary/Purpose:

Reporting to the Director of Group Infrastructure, IT, the incumbent role is to provide technical leadership in the planning and strategy, architecture, deployment, management and operation of essential IT operations/infrastructure. The incumbent is also responsible for the coordination of all IT operations in close collaboration with the Country IT and Group Applications teams, with the primary goal of ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and security of the internal corporate systems.

The ideal candidate should bring experience working in infrastructure including cloud/XaaS exposure and in introducing new technologies and change in a dynamic environment.

Position requires “hands-on" management, hardworking and dedicated individual with experience and ability to architect, define, design and implement all required systems to fully support the above processes.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Azure Infrastructure, Windows Server, Windows Client, Devices & Application Management, Office 365, Cyber Security and Identity technologies.
• Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance development and evaluation of all infrastructure systems and areas, including; network, data, hardware, services, security, etc
• Provide infrastructure/security project management oversight whether the project is internally staffed or managed via SOW or third party, and ensuring the projects are delivered to scope, timeline and budget.
• Manages the development, design/architecture, installation, analysis, and on-going improvement of the information technology infrastructure.
• Conducts proper technology roadmap, market analysis to develop long-range plans designed to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness of the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Establish key performance indicators and service level agreements for continually improving the performance of IT operations
• Measures and tracks performance to achieve target deliverables. Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency and staff productivity.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and oversee enforcement of IT Infrastructure/Operations policies, procedures, and associated plans.
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of security systems, servers, IT Operations applications, networks and the service desk.
• Strong collaboration, communication, people management and coaching skills are a must

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including experience leading IT functions including architecture, systems and database administration, and datacentre management
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of education and experience. Preferred in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field of study required
• Successful track record of IT leadership, execution and delivery.
• Proven experience in building out, training and leading an IT team; management experience with highly skilled IT individuals.
• A thorough understanding of the technologies required for corporate and cloud-based networks.
• Must have experience in design, architecture, planning, assessment, implementation and troubleshooting of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD
• Envision and deploy modern identity solutions such as Azure AD MFA, Azure AD Conditional Access, Azure AD Privileged Identity Management with Azure AD B2B and Azure AD Application Proxy as optional.
• Basic understanding of Azure Security Services including Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Azure Information Protection, Azure Security Center and Azure Log Analytics
• Expertise in administering Office 365.

• Must be capable of working autonomously, is a team player and possess the ability to interact and interface with all levels of management.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written); effective in interaction with executive management.
• Must be a self-starter and have excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
