Headquartered in Hong Kong, it operates 10 factories in China with 3 factories manufacturing air filters, oil filters, fuel filters and cabin filters for passenger cars, trucks and machineries and 7 factories manufacturing car components such as dashboards, wind screens, transmission units, engines for the Original Equipment markets in China, USA and Europe. JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- To follow up on all correspondences and communications with existing customers in regard to existing and new projects.
- To prepare and maintain all technical documents (Product Drawings, BOM, Process Flow Charts, Packaging Designs, Product Performance Datasheets, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP (Advanced product quality planning), and Control Plans)
- To update and maintain ERP technical data.
Requirements
- Experience in Automotive Industry and have good knowledge of IATF16949.
- Experience and preparation of technical documents (BOM, Process Flow Chats, PPAP, Control Plans)
- Mechanical engineering education and background.
- Skilled in the preparation of detailed engineering drawings and specifications (AutoCAD)
- Must be able to communicate in English with the colleague in Malaysia and Hong Kong
